HEAD WEST was born from the ashes of the L.A. based soul band, THE SEVEN SOULS. Former members Henry Moore & Bob Welch, who will later be part of FLEETWOOD MAC, teamed up with the hammond organ player Robert Hunt from THE MERCED BLUES NOTES, to record this unique long player and a couple of 45's. These tracks were wonderfully produced by french production team Starchild Music who will work for the canadian psych soul funk combo CANE AND ABLE.
