Stranger ships Worldwide. Shipping will be calculated in the basket once you have made your selections based on weight / size of items.
For EU/Overseas customers should not pay any tax on items with applicable. Your cart price will adjust accordingly. We do not collect tax at the point of purchase, this will be calculated locally according to you country laws / local agency.
We ship Internationally with Royal Mail and UPS.
++ Packaging
Stranger use Cruciform Record locking tab mailers with support stiffeners to ship all orders. We have tried and tested this method and are happy that orders will arrive safely. We take extra care to pack all orders to ensure safe arrival.
++ Click & Collect
On all orders, we offer a Click-n-Collect option for you to come and collect in store. We will notify by email to let you know when it's ready to collect. We recommend to within 30 days. After 90 days, items may be refunded and the stock returned to circulation.
If you order more than one item they may be released on different dates, 1 postage cost means will ship all together when all items are in-store (unless advised otherwise and extra postage costs covered)
++ LP's arrived damaged? - What to do next?
STP checks all stock before preparing for packing. If any item arrives damaged, please let us know right away and send us pictures so we can assess what has happened. Within the cost of postage there is insurance so will pursue a claim via the Royal Mail or carrier (which can take up to 28 days)
If any customer wants immediate resolution we can look at offering discount against the damage but must be agreed first by Stranger Than Paradise. If any customers wants to return the item before making any claim, then the cost will be at the customers expense. Speak to anyone at Stranger Than Paradise and we can talk through the options. We can only apologise in advance on behalf of the Royal Mail, we try and ensure safe arrival by using professional mailers / inners / extra stiffeners.
++ MISC
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was not picked up from a local depot, we will need to charge an additional shipping fee to redeliver it. We will reach out to you to coordinate this before we resend the package.
We offer free delivery on orders of £250 and over, sent within mainland UK.
When placing a PRE-ORDER, be aware of the release date, no products are shipped prior to the date or release.
Stranger Than Paradise reserves the right to return to stock any unclaimed item (after 1 year period) back into stock if not claimed or contacted since purchase. We're a small shop and cannot store items indefinitely.
