I first became a fan of The Cure as a 16-year-old in the 1980's, and I've written about them numerous times throughout my journalistic career. I've always admired the definitely individual path that Robert Smith and his bandmates have followed, as well as their unfailing high standards. Writing a book about them is an honour. - Simon Price

The images/letters of the alphabet in each section of the book are inspired by written historical reflections which recollect the effect of wandering and meandering within visual landscapes dreaming and sinking into A-Z, reflectively creating and utilising printmaking by applying old time alchemic processes: letterpress, monoprinting, linocut, mezzotint, acid-etch and the burning of the sun's ultraviolet radiation, projecting bleeding-light and tone onto photo-chromatic images within and into cyanotype paper substrates. - Andy Vella
